The L.A. Derby Dolls - Southern California's premier all-female, banked track roller derby league - will have their geek pride on full display when they host their upcoming Comic Book Brawl! Taking place on Saturday, August 13, 2016, from 6:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. at The Dollosseum (address below), the evening will feature an epic comic-book themed brawl with up-and-coming skaters, a mini comic book convention with talented indie creators, and more!
The Derby Dolls' main event will be a superhero match-up between The Avenge-Hers and The Legion of Darkness for a roller derby match where the hits and spills are 100% real and out of this world! Before and during the show, fans will also have a chance to check out the mini comic book convention featuring LA's most talented indie creators, selling comic books, geek-themed crafts, and other great items available for purchase. 
Fans in attendance will have a chance to stop by the Fanbase Press table to pick up copies of its books and graphic novels, Fearworms: Selected Poems, Penguins vs. Possums, Something Animal, Identity Thief, and The Arcs. In addition, Fanbase Press will be selling prints, our brand new t-shirts, and more!
